Most engagements run between three and ten weeks. We start with a paid discovery sprint, agree on milestones, and review work weekly. You always know what is happening and why.
Projects are quoted as fixed-fee packages tied to scope and outcomes. Retainers are billed monthly. I will only quote you after a discovery call so the number is grounded in reality.
I lead every project personally. For larger builds I bring in vetted collaborators (engineers, illustrators, copywriters) who I have shipped with for years.
Figma for design; React, Next.js and TypeScript for product and marketing builds; Shopify for commerce; WordPress for editorial sites; n8n and Zapier for automation.
Yes. Most clients stay on a lightweight retainer for iteration, performance work and new pages. There is no obligation, but the door is open.
Politely, anyone who wants the work to be cheaper, faster and worse. I would rather refer you to a great fit than damage either of our reputations.
