Most engagements run between three and ten weeks. We start with a paid discovery sprint, agree on milestones, and review work weekly. You always know what is happening and why.
Projects are quoted as fixed-fee packages tied to scope and outcomes. Retainers are billed monthly. I will only quote you after a discovery call so the number is grounded in reality.
I lead every project personally. For larger builds I bring in vetted collaborators (engineers, illustrators, copywriters) who I have shipped with for years.
Design: Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for brand and graphics work. Websites: WordPress (Elementor) and Wix for most client sites, Shopify for stores, and hand-coded HTML, CSS, JavaScript and React when a build needs to be fully custom. SEO: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs and Semrush for keyword research, technical audits and Core Web Vitals. AI automation and business systems: n8n and Make for workflows, OpenAI models for the intelligence layer, plus webhooks and API connections into the tools you already use such as Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, CRMs and invoicing. If your team already lives in a different tool, I build around it rather than forcing a switch.
Yes. Most clients stay on a lightweight retainer for iteration, performance work and new pages. There is no obligation, but the door is open.
Politely, anyone who wants the work to be cheaper, faster and worse. I would rather refer you to a great fit than damage either of our reputations.
